Development Description
Variation of condition 4 (plans) and 26 (EV charging requirements) of application ref. 23/1100/FFU granted 14/06/2024 (Hybrid planning application comprising: Full planning application for the erection of one industrial and logistics unit within Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2, and B8 together with access, parking and landscaping and Outline application (all matters reserved) for the erection of up to 19,000 sqm of flexible industrial and logistics floorspace within Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2, and B8 following demolition of existing buildings on land at Watchmoor Park) to reduce the provision of fast charge sockets from 50% down to 20% and to update layout and parameter plans to reflect this change.

Anyone who wishes to make representations in connection with the above application should submit them in writing to the Head of Planning of Surrey Heath Borough Council at the above address by no later than 28th August 2024.
