facility (sui generis) for temporary period
24/01554/HOUSE-Kingsmead, Southend-Two storey side extension with
internal alterations to create additional master bedroom.
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
24/01464/FULMAJ-Unit 1, Sterling Industrial Estate, Kings Road-Demolish
an existing building that is comprised of a garage & office spaces with
hard-standing for parking. Replace with a 6 storey, 25 apartment block
with associated parking & bike storage facilities
