The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No. 19) Order 2024 “ authorising the stopping up a length and 2 part widths of Smarts Road at Bedworth Heath, in the Borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth. This is to enable development as permitted Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council, under reference 038716.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5593). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Bedworth Library and information Centre, 18 High Street, Bedworth, CV12 8NF.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 7 August 2024.
