PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY GL23 (PART),

LILY CROSS FARM, GODSHILL, ISLE OF WIGHT

DIVERSION

ORDER No. 1 2024

The above order was made on 25 July 2024. The effect of the order will be to divert a section of public bridleway GL23 running from: a point on the bridleway at the south west corner of 24a Yarbourough Close heading east for approximately 15m, then south for approximately 59m, and then west for approximately 15m to a point on the bridleway at the north west corner of 26 Yarbourough Close; to: starting at the same point on the bridleway at the south west corner of 24a Yarborough Close heading south for approximately 59m to the same point on the bridleway at the north west corner of 26 Yarborough Close; as shown on the order map.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Customer Service Centre, County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1UD during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Map may be obtained there free of charge.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Manager, County Hall, High Street, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 1UD not later than 30 August 2024. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Isle of Wight Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
