City Development, Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from open space/ greenspace to create extended car parking areas with associated access, landscaping, biodiversity improvements and infrastructure.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland.
24/01328/VAR - Unit 10 The Peel Centre Glover Washington NE37 2PA. British Heart Foundation
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 4 of planning approval 14/00970/FUL, to increase proposed internal retail use for the sale of clothing and footwear from 25sqm to 170sqm.
24/01106/FUL - Mr Lee Gardner Redwood House 17 The Cedars Ashbrooke Sunderland SR2 7TW is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of a single storey rear extension.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
