The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.
24/01050/PA – Lindycot 47 Ryarsh Lane West Malling ME19 6QP – Mrs M Clark is applying for proposed single storey front extension. Reason: CA HH 24/01146/PA & 24/01147/PA – The Bull Hotel Bull Lane Wrotham TN15 7RF – Mr M Deadman is applying for Retrospective application: Replacement and installation of new steps, ramp, walls and paving. Reason: CA LB 24/01171/PA – The Cock Horse London Road Hildenborough TN11 8NH - Simon Jones Property Management Ltd is applying for Section 73 application to vary Condition 8 (Plans List) of planning permission TM/24/00804/PA (Non Material Amendment to planning permission TM/20/00516/FL for the addition of a planning condition listing the approved drawings) (Change of use/conversion/extension of Cock Horse Public House (Class A4: Drinking Establishment) to a pair of semi-detached houses (Class C3: Residential Use), plus hard and soft landscaping works) for relocation of entrance to house 2 to front of building, removal of public house name from front of building, removal of one rear window at ground fl oor, replacement of rear doors with bi-folding doors, removal of one rear Velux window at second fl oor level and realignment and enlargement of remaining two windows, addition of 4 Velux windows to rear, Increase in level of the land to meet the rear doors and allow access and removal of two side windows to improve interior layout. Reason: HA PROW 24/01204/PA & 24/01225/PA – Westbery Manor 108 Old Road Wateringbury ME18 5PP – Owen English is applying for replacement of damaged brick boundary wall with new metal estate fence. Reason: CA LB HH
