Amendments required to the site layout to allow for the provision of increased affordable housing on site, revision to some house types in line with Bloor Homes current portfolio, updated drainage scheme, rotation of dwellings on Plots 94-95 and 124-126, garden fence alterations to some plots and landscaping changes.
