24/2943/HSE: 52 Norrice Lea London N2 0RL. New garden layout including alterations to the retaining walls location, replacement of the existing lawn with permeable sports surface. Removal of the waterwall and octagonal pagoda and fenced basketball court and hardstanding at the rear of the garden. Associated soft landscaping changes.
