Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

HAILSHAM – WD/2024/1500/F

Proposed development at Little Nodes, Nodes Lane, Magham Down, Hailsham BN27 1PW. I give notice that Mr Peter Dromgoole c/o  Parker Dann is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of one selfbuild dwelling, demolition of existing stables and erection of storage building/double garage. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

HAILSHAM – WD/2024/1567/MFA

Proposed development on Land adjacent to Cuckoo Fields, Hailsham BN27 3PN. I give notice that Barratt David Wilson Southern Counties is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of the variation of Conditions 2 & 11 of WD/2022/1505/MRM (reserved matters pursuant to outline permission WD/2019/1864/MAO (the erection of up to 100 residential dwellings including affordable housing with the provision of vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access from station road, incorporating open spaces, sustainable urban drainage systems, associated landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks) to address recent LLFA comments and remove the need for the off-site land (owned by Southern Water) to facilitate the drainage of the development. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00 pm, or visit our website https:\\planning.wealden.gov.uk . Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the above application reference number no later than 23  August  2024
