NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 - TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015)
Proposed planning application for the Variation of condition 1 of planning permission 01/1505-22(CM105A) (PL/0288/22) to extend the time limit for completion by five years until 31st December 2029 at Tyttenhanger Quarry, North Orbital Road, Colney Heath, St Albans, AL2 1BT.
Please note this application proposes development within the Green Belt. All submitted application documents are available to view online at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/planning. Comments can be submitted through our website, or alternatively you can post them to Spatial Planning Unit, CHN216, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford SG13 8DN, not later than 29th August, 2024.
