TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Installation of solar panels to roofs of Building A (also known as science block) and Building B (also known as sports centre) (Application Ref. DA/24/00734/FUL)

at Dartford Grammar School For Boys West Hill Dartford

2) Application for listed building consent to install Solar panels and subsidiary connections to two buildings, namely science block and sports centre buildings, on the Dartford Grammar for Boys site. (Application Ref. DA/24/00735/LBC)

at Dartford Grammar School For Boys West Hill Dartford

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, will affect a Grade II Listed Building and which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Replacement of existing sliding timber white painted windows with same style and material painted white finish at 4 Wilmington House Church Walk Wilmington

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Church Hill Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. Application Ref. DA/24/00844/FUL)

4) Application for temporary use of land for bootfairs on Sundays and Bank Holidays at Foxhounds Lane Field Foxhounds Lane Southfleet (Application Reference: DA/24/00573/COU)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days of the publication of this to the Development Manager at the above address.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at The Civic Centre and will be placed on the Council’s Website.  Therefore, any comments you make will be widely accessible.
