What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

23/1249/FH - 10 Grimston Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2PS - Replacement and restoration of the existing windows and doors.

24/0653/FH - THE LOG CABIN, DUNGENESS ROAD, DUNGENESS, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9ND - A replacement dwelling with retention and restoration of existing railway carriages.

24/0885/FH - LAND REAR OF EARLSCLIFFE MEWS, SHORNCLIFFE ROAD, FOLKESTONE - Erection of a three storey block of six residential flats together with associated parking facilities

24/0905/FH - THE BARN, RECTORY LANE, SALTWOOD, HYTHE, CT21 4QA - Oak framed porch to be added to main entrance of house

24/1039/FH - FARTHINGS, 8A GODWYN ROAD CT20 2LA - Single storey rear extension

24/1079/FH - BEACHBOROUGH PARK, BEACHBOROUGH, NEWINGTON, CT18 8BW - Conversion of storage building and erection of single-storey side extension to form three additional en-suite bed and breakfast rooms and a laundry room to support the existing bed & breakfast business

24/1147/FH - SPICERS FARM, CANTERBURY ROAD, ETCHINGHILL, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8DE - Proposed single storey extension, internal alterations & external repairs. A proposed new build annexe, a new car port and associated external landscaping works, including a new site entrance.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
