Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000322/HHA Site address: 76 Kenilworth Road Proposed development: 2no. detached garages to front (retrospective) Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application reference: PL/2024/0000662/FULM Site address: Lake View Park, Lake View Road Proposed development: Project comprising a suite of pond and wetland creations within the Lake View Park greenspace Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001381/FUL and PL/2024/0001382/LBC Site address: 9, 10 and 11 Priory Row Proposed development: Listed building consent for the Change of Use of 9 and 10 Priory Row including the retention of office use (Class E) with 3no. self-contained dwelling houses (C3) and minor alterations to no.11 Priory Row Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001404/FUL Site address: Copsewood Sports and Social Club Ground, Allard Way Proposed development: Installation of a replacement floodlighting system consisting of 16no. LED floodlights fitted to 2no. new 15m columns and 2no. new 18m columns Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
Application reference: PL/2024/0001327/FUL & PL/2024/0001329/LBC Site address: Natwest, 24 Broadgate Proposed development: Replacement ATM’s Reason: The proposed works would affect the character of appearance of a Conservation Area and setting of a listed building
