NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Beechwood, Clayton Road, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE2 1TL.
Take notice that application is being made by: Musson Brown Architects. For planning permission to: Erection of 2 storey dwelling and detached double garage, Including access, landscaping and associated works following demolition of existing dwelling. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 8QH.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
