What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/0737 (affects a conservation area) The erection of a single storey rear extension at 11 Pack Horse Road, Melbourne
Ref: DMPA/2024/0908 (affects a conservation area) The erection of a two storey rear extension, garage extension and re-model to the front elevation at 10 Brook End, Repton
Ref: DMPA/2024/0909 (affects a conservation area, a listed building and the setting of a listed building) Proposed new highway entrance, boundary wall restoration and electric car charging point at 125 Penn Lane, Melbourne
Ref: DMPA/2024/0933 (major) The variation of condition no. 2 (plans) of permission ref. DMPA/2021/1378 for The erection of food store (Use Class E), with car parking, landscaping, and associated works on Land north of Drift Road, Castle Gresley
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
