What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land at Sawley Interchange, Tamworth Road, Derby, DE72 2HP.

I give notice that PLP / INDUSTRIALS MANAGEMENT LIMITED is applying to the North West Leicestershire District Council for planning permission to:
Develop the site to provide one modern employment unit for employment purposes within use classes B2/ B8 with ancillary offices, car parking, landscaping, service yard areas and ancillary structures, with associated works including changes to ground levels and the formation of a new attenuation basin.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Planning & Development, NWLDC, PO Box 11051, Coalville, LE67 0FW by 16th August 2024.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
