Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. 2024/426 - 10 Southview Road, Warlingham.
Installation of solar photo-voltaic (PV) panels to cover the area of a disused tennis court, and installation of solar thermal panels on an area of rough vegetation with grass adjacent a swimming pool.

Replace existing 1no. post swing sign, 1no. fascia corporate signage and three legged freestanding sign with 1no. externally illuminated free standing double sided post sign with amenity board 1no. externally illuminated fascia sign and 1no. externally illuminated post free standing double sided post sign.

Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of application 2020/690 (Appeal decision APP/M3645/W/21/3272384) dated 30/09/2021 (Construction of crematorium with ceremony hall, memorial areas, garden of remembrance and associated parking and infrastructure) for the substitution of revised plans. with amended design features.

Details pursuant to the discharge of Condition 9 (Bat survey) and Condition 10 (Reptile survey) of planning permission ref: 2023/1429 dated 10th May 2024 (Redevelopment of site to provide 1x single dwelling and dog-kennels with associated landscaping and other works).
