The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
23F/2220-23L/2222. 118-126 Duke Street (1) Dave Little (Davos Property Developments Ltd. c/o TJ Morris Ltd.) To redevelop site by partial demolition, repair and remodeling of four no. listed buildings at 118-124 Duke Street and erection of part 5/part 7/part 8 storey new building to provide 88 residential apartments (Use Class C3) and ground floor flexible commercial unit Use Classes Class E, F1, F2, drinking establishment (Sui generis) with associated access, servicing and landscaping. (Amended scheme).
22F/3265 & 22L/3271 - 43-47 Bold Street (1) Applicant Mr A R Zahran. To carry internal and external alterations, including single storey extensions at first floor level, alterations to fenestration, in connection with the conversion of the upper floors of the building to 6 residential flats (Use Class C3) with associated cycle and bin storage areas (Amended plans).
24L/1853 - Victoria Gallery and Museum Brownlow Hill (69) Applicant Mr Chris Jordan, University of Liverpool. To vary condition 2 attached to 23L/0618 (To re-roof slate pitched roofs, repairs/replacement of terracotta stone work and to replace lead detailing) so as to include the allowance for replacement work of polycarbonate and aluminium lantern roof as part of the proposed works being conducted.
24A/1936 - 2a Myrtle Street (7) Applicant Empiric Limited. To install no. 1 non-illuminated projecting sign onto front elevation.
24A/1941 - The Octagon Building Grove Street, City Centre (7) Applicant Empiric, Liverpool Octagon Hayward Limited. To display 1 no. non-illuminated projecting sign to front.
24A/1947 - Hahnemann Building, 42 Hope Street (1) Applicant Empiric, Liverpool Octagon Hayward Limited. To display 1 no. non-illuminated projecting sign to front.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 22nd August 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
