What is planned?

MOLE VALLEY DISTRICT COUNCIL

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/1105: The Old House, Guildford Road, Westcott, RH4 3NG: Certificate of Lawfulness for the existing development in respect of the implementation of planning consent MO/2019/1345 (allowed at appeal ref APP/C3620/W/21/3266746) for the erection of 3 No. dwellings within the existing garden of The Old House on 3 July 2024.

MO/2024/1119: Ground and First Floors, 261, High Street, Dorking, RH4 1RL: Advertisement consent door 1 No. vinyl decal to front window and 1 No. vinyl decal to glass door panel.

MO/2024/1128: Dillon Cottage, The Street, Betchworth, RH3 7DW: Subdivision of existing cottage into 2 No. dwelling units with separate entrances and amenity. Access between the two to be infilled at ground floor and first floor level. External repairs to be carried out to the elevations, including window and door repairs and repainting, cement-based render to be tested and replaced with lime render, repainting of masonry, repairs and repainting of exposed timber framing, repointing of chimney pots. French drain added to perimeter of cottage. Update and refurbishment of internal finishes to current living standards.

MO/2024/1142: The Builders Yard, Church Street, Betchworth, Surrey: Conversion of an existing building from industrial use (Use Class B2) into 1 No. dwelling (Use Class C3).

MO/2024/1166: Rolls Farmhouse, Partridge Lane, Newdigate, RH5 5BW: Erection of an outdoor gym studio and office. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in writing by 22 August 2024
