What is planned?

SOMERSET COUNCIL (Former South Somerset Area) Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The following applications have been submitted to the Council.

Anyone wishing to make representations about an application should do so within 21 days of the date of this notice via our website www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-buildings-and-land/ where the applications can also be viewed. Any representations received will be made available for public view.

South Cadbury And Sutton Montis 24/01620/S19 Priests House Church Hill BA22 7HE S19 application to vary conditions 2(approved plans) and 8(new stonework) of approval 21/01996/LBC for Internal and external alterations including addition of new replacement porch/utility area.
