PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

24/10670 - THE BARN (opposite Lansdowne House), MIDGHAM ROAD, FORDINGBRIDGE SP6 3BX - Change of use of agricultural barn to a dwelling including fenestration alterations; demolition of existing pole barn and part demolition of stables

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The proposed development would affect the setting of a Listed Building.

24/10646 - 102-103 HIGH STREET, LYMINGTON, SO41 9ZP - Change of use of first and second floor to provide 7 ensuite bedrooms to be used as a hotel (Use Class C1) in association with the existing restaurant on the ground floor; fenestration alterations to rear elevation

This application is accompanied by an environmental statement. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

24/10651 - SS17 LAND TO WEST OF, WHITSBURY ROAD, FORDINGBRIDGE - Construction of temporary access road, bridge and associated works, in connection with the construction of Phase 1 of Land west of Whitsbury Road (Application 21/10052) This application is subject to an Environmental Assessment

24/10647 - 102-103 HIGH STREET, LYMINGTON, SO41 9ZP – Replacement windows; removal and erection of internal walls in association with change of use of first and second floors (Application for Listed Building Consent) Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
