CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 OF AN APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at: Land North of Bicester Avenue Garden Centre, Oxford Road, Bicester (24/01371/DISC) I give notice that Peveril Securities Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 20 May 2024 for planning permission for "Discharge of Condition 19 (Travel Plan) of 23/01080/OUT The original application was accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with it via the Council's website. Copies are also available to view at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Carney Sweeney, 3rd Floor, Waterloo House, Waterloo Street, Birmingham, B2 5TB. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should do so via the online Planning Register. Alternatively, please email planning@cherwell-dc.gov.uk, or write to the Assistant Director for Planning and Development, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA by 31st August. Please quote the application number 24/01371/DISC and clearly state whether it is in objection, support or comment on the application.
