What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal): 

TWC/2024/0547 – Grosvenor House, 13 Coalport Road, Madeley – Erection of a two storey side extension following demolition of existing single storey side extension 

TWC/2024/0554 – 49 High Street, Newport – Creation of a gravel parking area and installation of gates (Retrospective) 

TWC/2024/0555 – 35 Upper Bar, Newport – Replacement of 1no. front window and door and renovations to front facade 

TWC/2024/0558 – 4 Pickstock, Newport – Erection of a two storey gabled front extension 

TWC/2024/0570 – Land corner of Redhill Way/A5, Redhill – Reserved matters application pursuant to outline planning permission TWC/2023/0021 (Outline planning application for a care home with all matters reserved) for the erection of a 66no. bed care home including details of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale 

TWC/2024/0573 – 20 Apley Drive, Wellington – Erection of a two storey side extension and single storey front extension. Replacement of existing flat roof over front door. 

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. 

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 22 August 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. 

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
