AT: Ribble Valley Borough Council Offices Church Walk Clitheroe BB7 2RA FOR: Proposed installation of 121 solar panels to south-west-facing roof pitch over the main pedestrian entrance, the north-west-facing roof pitch over the underground car park and the south-east facing roof pitch facing the rear garden area. AT: 16 Church Street Ribchester PR3 3XP FOR: Listed Building Consent for retention of unauthorised replacement of a central heating system including the removal of old cylinder, tanks and piping and insertion of a plastic flue pipe on the front wall. Application number: 3/2024/0470

AT: Fernside 5 and 7 Hellifield Road Bolton by Bowland BB7 4NS FOR: Listed building consent for replacement of existing doorway to 7 Hellifield Road with a two-light, single-glazed, timber-framed, small-paned window to match the window opening directly above. Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number.
Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
