I give notice that Ben Bennett Jr Ltd is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the creation of a new haul road on land adjacent to Grange Mill Quarry.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Services Section, Derbyshire Dales District Council, Town Hall, Bank Road, Matlock, DE4 3NN, (available online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 22 August 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 22 August 2024,
