PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Change of use from a shop (Use Class A1) to
Restaurant (Use Class A3), Bar (Use Class A4) and
Takeaway (Use Class A5) at One Stop 23 Promenade
Bridlington YO15 2PY (Ref: 24/01733/PLF)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
