Proposal: Section 42 application to vary Condition 3 of planning permission 21/1523/PP for the erection of a recycling shed and increase in throughput of waste that can be accepted and handled from 75,000 tonnes to a maximum of 100,000 tonnes and to relax the limit of waste types that can be accepted to allow parks and garden waste and end of life tyres to be accepted at the site.
