24/00811/F - 183A Newmarket Road. Change of use from part dental surgery/residential to dental surgery. Sub-division of site and erection of a new dwelling and garage with a separate new access from Newmarket Road.

24/00662/F - 8 Constitution Hill. Single storey rear extension.

24/00844/F - 8 Church Avenue. Construction of a timber garage.

24/00836/VC - Chantry Place Shopping Centre, 40-46 St Stephens Street. Variation of Condition 7: trading hours of previous permission 23/01009/F to extend trading times from 10:00 and 22:00 to 09:00 and 02:00.
