24/01139/PA - OLD FLORENCE PLACE 152 - 154 TONBRIDGE ROAD HILDENBOROUGH TONBRIDGE TN11 9HW - HSI Property Co Ltd are applying for Proposed Change of use to Class E for office use. Reason: CA
