HERTS MERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0878/HSE/HHO: 1 The Heath, Radlett, WD7 7DF. Two storey side extension and part single part two storey rear extension with alterations to fenestration. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0731/FUL/ES: Holland Farm, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DJ. Retrospective application for temporary permission for 2x containers for residential use. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

24/0901/FUL/KM: Lychgate, The Warren, Radlett, WD7 7DU. Demolition of existing detached 4 bedroom dwelling house and the construction of a detached 6 bedroom dwelling with habitable accommodation in the roof space. Associated hard and soft landscaping, with the creation of a carriage driveway and electronic security gates. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at wwwJiertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
