I give notice that Nevill Estate Company Ltd, c/o Kember Loudon Williams is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for a reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline permission WD/2021/0909/O (the erection of two dwellings, together with ancillary infrastructure including the provision of structural landscaping, parking and circulation facilities. With the exception of ‘means of access’, all matters are reserved). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

I give notice that Brookworth (Maresfield) Limited is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission to variation of condition 2 of WD/2022/3098/MAJ (erection of 21 no. dwellings and associated infrastructure) to enable amendments to plots 03, 05 & 11-21 and relocated turning head adjacent to plot 6.
