P2024/0420 Listed Building Consent for various internal and external works to redundant schoolhouse at rear of Chapel

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH MAY AFFECT A CONSERVATION AREA
P2024/0426 Change of use of existing guest house (use class C1) to 5 no. apartments (use class C3), with associated bicycle and bin stores, drying facilities, landscaping, parking provision and associated works. The proposal would also include the construction of a services riser on the northern elevation, the replacement of an existing dormer with a roof light window, alterations to fenestration, and the construction of a dormer to the southern roof slope.
