The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/1873-31 Castle Street, City Centre (2). Applicant Troia (UK) Restaurants Ltd. Section 73 Planning application to vary condition 15 attached to Planning reference 24F/1170 (Change of use from a bank to restaurant/bar (sui generis) including installation of ventilation and extract system and external alterations (part alternative to permission ref: 22F/0422)) so as to extend the hours of opening to 0730-0200.
24H/1841 79 Sandown Road (15) Applicant Abdul Yafai. To erect part two/part first floor extension to side, single storey rear extension, hip to gable roof conversion with dormer extension to rear, alterations to existing front elevation and no. 1 rooflight to front.
24L/1882 Cathedral Court, Gambier Terrace (1) Applicant Ray Cunningham. To repair/replace front windows.
24H/1781 The Stables, 3a Linnet Lane (17) Applicant Mrs Helen Holcroft. To erect shed to rear and alter landscape following demolition of existing conservatory.
24H/1517 29 High Street, (15) Applicant Aldo Hoxad . To erect an external garage/storeroom to rear.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 15th August 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
