Application No: ZA24/26057/VAR. Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Application No: ZA24/26095/HH. Proposal: Removal of existing timber shed and erection of new detached garage and storage for Mr and Mrs Andrew and Lesley Day Location: 1 Garden Terrace West Road Carleton BD23 3EB Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
