APPLICATION(S) FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
2023/0761/FUL Proposed residential development - including five dwellings and two apartment blocks (8 flats) with associated access, parking and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings at Valera Ltd, Plox Brow, Tarleton.
2024/0544/FUL Variation of condition(s) no. 2 of planning permission 2022/1341/FUL relating to approved plans at Graylaw Freight Group Ltd , Gillibrands Road, Skelmersdale.
2024/0602/FUL Side extension to existing dwelling to create sun room at 56 Roby Mill, Up Holland. The application affects a Conservation Area.
