The following applications have been received by North Yorkshire Council:-

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT & REGULATIONS 1990

ZF24/00646/FL – Change of use of land for the siting of timber lodge. Creation of new entrance to Kirkgate Farm house at Kirkgate Farm Main Street Sawdon Scarborough YO13 9DU for Mr Michael Trousdale.

ZF24/01037/HS – Installation of replacement windows in uPVC at Third Floor Flat 17 Prince of Wales Terrace Scarborough YO11 2AL for Mr David Killcross (Contact: Nicky Smith).

ZF24/00344/LB – Conversion of care home (C2) to 26 apartments including removal of rear fire escape stair, alterations to windows and doors to front and rear elevations, formation of new doorways to front and rear, and creation of sunken gardens to basement apartments at Hylands Retirement Home 23-26 The Crescent Filey YO14 9JR for Glenkerr Capital.

The application can be viewed at www.northyorks.gov.uk . Anyone wishing to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days beginning with the date of this notice, NB: excluding any public holidays that occur within the consultation period. In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission on a Householder Application or advertisement consent on an Advertisement Application there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
