What is planned?

Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: IP/2024/0045/FUL

Proposal: Construction of new employment units for flexible use across Classes E (g) (iii), B2 and B8, with ancillary offices, car parking, service yards, infrastructure, landscaping, ancillary structures and associated works plus the provision of access to the site from Millfield Lane and Liverpool Road.

Applicant: Canmoor Developments/Canmoor Haydock (Two) Ltd

Location: Land To The West Of Millfield Lane And South Of Liverpool Road, Haydock, St Helens

The application is subject to an Environmental Statement. The application is for Major Development. The development affects the setting of a listed building. The development concerns alterations to a listed building. The development concerns demolition of a listed building.

The application was made on 29th December 2023 and members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, at a cost of £50 per hard copy and electronic versions on CD are £6. If you have any comments about the applications, they can be submitted online or in writing to the Town Hall within 30 days of the publication of this notice. If you decide to submit comments, no acknowledgement will be sent. Any comments received are open to public inspection and will be displayed on the Council's website.

Application Number: P/2024/0327/S73

Proposal: Variation on condition 1 (drawings) 17 (parking) on approval P/2021/0585/RES to increase the number of dwellings from 239 to 243 and amend the house types proposed.

Applicant: Mr Pete Hayes

Location: Former Ibstock Brick Roughdales Ltd, Chester Lane Clock Face St Helens

The application is for a Major Development.
