What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0862/PD56OAVC: North London AD Facility, Coursers Farm, Coursers Road, Colney Heath. Installation of solar PV equipment on the roof of the existing reception building. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0909/HSE/KM: 17 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EN. Demolition of existing conservatory and partial demolition of existing rear extension to facilitate part single, part two storey rear extension to include associated roof works and lx rooflight. Reason: Conservation Area.

24/0833/HSE/KM: 47 The Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 1ED. Construction of single storey rear extension with 2x roof lanterns, and new rear patio. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and mere will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
