What is planned?

The following planning applications have been received. Copies can be viewed at Stroud District Council's offices at Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB during office hours. Applications can also be viewed on the Council's website at www. stroud.gov.uk/planning. Key: 1- Departure from Local Plan; 2 - Affect a Public Right of Way; 3 - Within 10m of relevant railway land; 4 - EIA development with ES; 5 - Listed Building; 6 - Vary or discharge conditions LBC (exterior works); 7 - Affect the setting of a Listed Building, affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area; 8 - Major Development (Article 2, DMPO);
S.24/1246/ HHOLD Mr Kyne 1 Woodside, Removal of trees, levelling of land and installation of a pond. (Retrospective). (7).
S.24/1026/LBC Mr Wood 12 Gloucester Road Stonehouse, Replace ground floor windows with custom made accoya frames of the same style with clear glass (except bathroom), replace wooden utility room door and frame. (7).
S.24/1227/FUL Mrs Clarke 6 Lansdown, Change of use from office to residential with retail unit (Class E) at ground floor. Installation of photovoltaic panels on the front roof slope behind parapet, formation of new rooflights, creation of courtyard garden within existing rear building. (7).
S.24/1297/FUL Spaghetti Bridge Ltd Valley Bridge School Church Lane Whaddon, Installation of two air source heat pumps and timber enclosures to classroom block. (7).
S.24/1252/FUL Mr & Mrs Pettifer Througham Slad Manor Bisley, Landscaping of existing walled garden with erection of greenhouse. Formation of steps in existing wall. Removal of modern picket fencing and replacement with metal balustrade to pool area. (7).
S.24/1214/FUL Mrs Nelder 76 - 78 Greenaways Ebley, Block up the access opening between flats 76 & 78 Greenways to create 2no dwellings. (7).
S.24/1293/FUL Mr Gifford Fennells Farm Lypiatt, Erection of an agricultural workshop, store and welfare facilities (retrospective). (7).
