What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Howards Farm, Stockers Lane, Kingfield, Woking. PLAN/2024/0507/BBA: Section 73 application for variation of condition 01 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2023/0363 dated 15.06.2023 (single storey detached outbuilding) to vary plan form dimensions, height, window details and boundary treatments (part retrospective).

Hallmark House, 10 - 12 St Johns Road, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2024/0503/BBA: Prior Approval under the provisions of Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for change of use from Commercial, Business and Service (Use Class E) to Dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) to provide x7 dwellings/apartments.

7 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0474/HD: Erection of a single storey rear extension.

Sutton Grange, Whitmoor Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2024/0490/DR: Erection of a storage outbuilding and horse walker and associated works
