NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: 23 Lower Belgrave Street, London
We give notice that: Grosvenor West End Properties (as Applicant)
applying to Westminster City Council for full planning permission for the following:
“Extension and refurbishment of existing office building to include part demolition of ground floor, rebuilding of sixth floor, erection of setback seventh floor and new eighth floor plant enclosure and lateral extension towards Lower Belgrave Street, provision of flexible Class E floorspace (restaurant/retail/event space) at ground level, provision of terraces at levels 6 & 7 including greening, public realm enhancements, provision of cycle parking spaces and facilities and associated works.”
Any Owner of the land or Tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Steet, London, SW1E 6QP within 21 days from the date of this notice.
This notice is made by the Applicant to comply with requirements relating to the submission of a planning application without prejudice to the statutory consultation that the local planning authority will undertake through a separate process.
