Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

24/39056/FUL & 24/39057/LBC - German Cemetery Camp Road Broadhurst Green - Proposed change-of-use, alteration and extension to the former caretaker’s accommodation to form a new education and exhibition facility at Cannock Chase German Military Cemetery. The proposal includes new replacement roof covering across the complex of structures on the site following numerous thefts, and new rainwater goods

24/39331/HOU - Barn Cottage Main Road Great Haywood - Proposed raising of garage roof, internal alterations, removal of 1st floor bedroom window to side elevation and alterations to front elevation windows.

24/39206/HOU - Cherry Tree Cottage High Street Church Eaton - Replacement of failing front windows

24/39212/LBC - Outlanes Mill Farm Washdale Lane Meaford - Repair and refurbishment or replacement of windows.

Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 15

22/36852/FUL - Back Widdens Caravan Park Within Lane Hopton - Change of use of land from agricultural to Gypsy site to extend existing Gypsy caravan park by 8no additional bays (pitches)

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 14 August 2024.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 14 August 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
