Application in a Conservation Area

24/P/1394/FUL – Demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and the removal and replacement of the existing rear, non-compliant access/escape stairs with regulation compliant access/escape stairs to the first and second floors. Minor alterations to the existing windows on the North elevation together with the installation of a new entrance door at 9-11 The Triangle, Clevedon.

24/P/1366/FUH – Proposed flat roof over the internal courtyard and conversion of the existing store to a family room. Formation of 2no. parking bays in front garden with 1.8m timber screen fence behind existing wall on back of pavement at 113 High Street, Portishead.
