Proposed development at: Land North West Of Ottery Moor Lane Honiton.
I give notice that c/o Agent is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 23/1897/MOUT
Outline application for the construction of up to 21 dwellings, internal roads, landscaping, public open space, infrastructure and the creation of a new access and "ahead only" junction on Ottery Moor Lane (all matters except access reserved).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in Force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
