What is planned?

Mole Valley District Council

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/1035: Manor Farm, Manor House Lane, Little Bookham, KT23 4EW: Works to the Coach House to include: like for like replacement of roof, gable end windows and door, insertion of 4 No. rooflights on the rear pitch, rear window, external timber staircase.

MO/2024/1060/LBC: Headley Court, Headley Road, Headley, KT18 6JN: Erection of 1 No. fascia mounted sign applied to the north-west fascia of the former stable building. & 1061/AC: Advertisement consent for 4 No. free standing signs and 3 No. printed PVC banners for a period of 5 years.

MO/2024/1066/PLAHH: Redwood, Wheelers Lane, Brockham, RH3 7LA: Erection of single storey rear extension.

MO/2024/1004/PLAMAJ: Land at Shellwood Road, Leigh, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 8NX: Erection of a stable block, agricultural building, sand school, new access driveway and parking. 

MO/2024/1030 VCMAJ: St Johns School, Epsom Road, Leatherhead, KT22 8SP: Variation to the wording of Conditions 3 & 4 of approved Planning Application MO/2022/0249/PLAMAJ for the construction of 2 No. multi-use games area pitches, (MUGA) within the existing Quad area, including 1.2 metre and 2 metre boundary enclosure fencing, hedge planting and lighting, level access improvements over the Quad, including disabled ramped access and new east-west footpath, Junior Fields: replacement play surface to all weather pitch located in the northwest corner, along with further improvements which include goal recesses, pitch side storage, replacement sport fence enclosure to southern edge, spectator railings and surfaced spectator area. Car park extension of 54. No bays and relocation of the car park entrance, new tree planting and refuse store. Linden Pit Path: demolition of the estates office, workshop and storage buildings, modified loading bay to rear of dining hall, to create off-street servicing area, erection of new timber enclosure refuse store, installation of new sliding gate to entrance on Linden Pit Path to allow remove demolition works from the definition of above ground works.

MO/2024/1070: Ambulance Station, 86, Kingston Road, Leatherhead, KT22 7BW: Variation of condition 8 of approved planning permission MO/2022/1517 for the redevelopment of the existing site to provide 6 No. residential dwellings, with associated parking and landscaping provision, to allow the wording to read - Prior to any development works on site, but post demolition.

MO/2024/1020/LBC & 1021/PLAHH: Pondhead Farm, Mayes Green, Ockley, RH5 5PN: Removal of the existing early 20th century lean-to and erection of a new two storey rear and single storey side/rear extension together with installation of a traditional post and rail fence on either side of the building.

MO/2024/1043: Barrington House, Guildford Road, Westcott, RH4 3NW: Conversion of current office area into 2 No. downstairs dwellings to consist of 1 No. one bed flat to the front of the building and 1 No. studio flat to the rear of the building.

MO/2024/1072/LBC & 1073/PLAHH: Skeynes House, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, RH4 3QE: The Studio: replacement roof lights, block up existing rear window, removal of failed internal finishes, remove external walling paint, repoint back to facing brick, replacement doors & windows & replacement flooring and alterations. Rear Garden: removal of artificial grass and shed. Erection of work of art and sun dial. Main House: external w.c, revert to garden store, reopen rear kitchen door, proposed safety stair handrail, proposed glazing and stained-glass internal works. Dumb waiter reinstated, removal of cupboards and provision of new. Proposed secondary glazing to lower ground floor front windows, removal of timber floor finish and alterations.

Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in writing by 8th August 2024 Development Control Manager, Pippbrook, Dorking, RH4 1SJ.
