The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

24/01054/PA - 2 YARDLEY PARK ROAD TONBRIDGE TN9 1NE - Novo Land & Development is applying for Demolition of the existing buildings & the erection of 13no. apartments with associated access, landscaping, parking & infrastructure (Resubmission of application 21/01677/FL). Reason: CA, MD

24/01077/PA - 11 LIME TREE CLOSE TONBRIDGE TN9 1LR - Greehy is applying for Replacement of existing rear ground fl oor extension. Reason: CA, HH

24/01078/PA - ALLENS LODGE ALLENS LANE PLAXTOL SEVENOAKS TN15 0QZ – Mr & Mrs Catchpole are applying for Demolition of the existing lodge & erection of a new lodge comprising two bedrooms, living room, swimming pool & gym. Reason: CA, HH

24/01082/PA - 39, SHIPBOURNE ROAD TONBRIDGE TN10 3DS - Pomona Estates is applying for Proposed Change of use of existing offices class E to residential C3 to create 3 x 3 bedroom dwellings with associated works to include extensions & roof alterations. Reason: CA

24/01084/PA - LAND ADJACENT DITTON COMMON NORTH OF REDE WOOD ROAD Oakapple Lane Barming - Taylor Wimpey (South East) Ltd is applying for Reserved Matters Application for approval of appearance, landscaping, layout & scale of Phase 3 of Outline Planning Permission TM/20/01218/OA (Outline Application: all matters reserved except for access for the erection of up to 118 dwellings, together with associated works for access, open space, infrastructure, earthworks, surface water drainage systems & landscaping). Reason: MD, HA, PROW

24/01115/PA - LAND EAST OF WROTHAM TRANSMITTING STATION London Road Wrotham Sevenoaks - The Trustees of the St Clere Estate Settlement are applying for Change of use of land to allow the retention of agriculture use & dog play paddock & walking field (sui generis). Reason: MD, HA

24/01116/PA & 24/01118/PA - WALMER HOUSE 13, BORDYKE TONBRIDGE TN9 1NN – Azzopardi & Bailey are applying for Replace 6no sash windows with identical to hall, first floor bathroom, ensuite, second floor bathroom, landing & rear bedroom. Remove existing garage artificial roof slates & replace with Canadian Glendyne slates, lead hip & ridge rools to match extension roof & Install new sectional garage doors. Reason: CA, LB, HH

24/01128/PA & 24/01125/PA - OLD ALLENS ALLENS LANE PLAXTOL SEVENOAKS TN15 0QZ – Mr & Mrs Willis are applying for Proposed refurbishment of existing grade II listed barn to become annex accommodation that is ancillary to the use of the property. Reason: CA, LB, HH

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
