LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF

APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0610.24, Land at Freightmaster, Coldharbour Lane Rainham, Use of the

land for concrete batching, offices, weighbridges, wheel wash, aggregate storage and parking, with boundary treatment.

This is a major development because it involves the provision of a building or buildings where the floor space to be created by the development is 1000 square metres or more

P0877.24, 76 Parkway Romford, PROPOSED FRONT DRIVEWAY The development is in a Conservation Area

P0886.24, Land to the Rear of White Rose Villa, 37 Ockendon Road Upminster, Erection of 2 semi detached 4-bed dwellings with associated parking and amenity space

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0918.24, Cornets Tey School, Harwood Hall Lane Upminster, Proposed external play area works

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0929.24, Veolia ES Cleanaway (UK) Ltd, Coldharbour Lane Rainham,

Variation of condition No. 2 (to cease operations on or before 31/12/2024) of planning permission ref:P156612 dated 22/09/2016 to permit continued use of operations until 31/12/2029 with restoration to be completed by 31/12/2031 (Planning application for the continuation of waste inputs and operation of other waste management facilities (materials recycling facility, waste transfer station, open air composting site and associated soil plant, gas engines, leachate treatment plant, and incinerator bottom ash processing) until 2024 and re-profiling of final contours)

This is a major development because it involves waste development The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

P0951.24, Veolia ES (UK) Ltd, Coldharbour Lane Landfill Site Rainham London, Variation of conditions 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 of planning permission ref: P0925.17 dated 22/09/2017 to allow for relocation and continuation of site works (Creation of a soil recovery centre)

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more This is a major development because it involves waste development

P0962.24, 39 HEATH DRIVE ROMFORD, Single storey side extension following demolition of existing garage The development is in a Conservation Area

P0970.24, 27 The Mall Hornchurch, Replacement windows on front and rear elevations from aluminum to UPVC The development is in a Conservation Area
