Application for Subsequent Consent to Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

I give notice that Cala Homes (Cotswolds) Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 04 July 2024 for planning permission for "PARTIAL DISCHARGE of condition 27 (Arboricultural Method Statement) of 14/02121/OUT for Phase 1B only", and that application was accompanied by an environmental statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of:

- and other documents submitted with the application
at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.
