TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0408/CA: Install Air Source Heat pump at rear at 14 Yearby Road, Yearby.
*R/2024/0415/CA: Dormer extension to front and re-roofing; replacement of flat roof with pitched roof; replacement of rear windows with timber windows; glass canopy; repaint front windows/frames; metal railings to front; tiling below bay window and step at 29 Coral Street, Saltburn
*R/2024/0457/CA: Replacement front door and rear windows to timber at 11 Wilton Village Road, Wilton
*R/2024/0474/CA: Single storey rear/side extension, access steps/lower patio; glass balustrade at front; garden room attached to garage at rear at Southrifts, Victoria Terrace, Saltburn
*R/2024/0478/CA: Single storey rear extension; replacement windows; PV array to garage roof; double gates at rear at 1 Albion Terrace, Saltburn *As the above application are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
