Continuation of development permitted by CHL/1019/87 without compliance with condition 1 (Application details), condition 3 (Completion of extraction and restoration) and condition 12 (Phasing) to allow for a temporary suspension of extraction within Boreham Airfield, relocation of field conveyor to Park Farm extraction area, amended phasing scheme and an extension of time to complete extraction and restoration. The Environmental Information accompanying the applications has been taken into account in reaching the decisions.

(Bunny Walk Footpath/Cycle Path, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: Essex County Council intends to temporarily close a length of Shared Footpath/Cycle path parallel to the River Chelmer, From its junction with Footpath 66, Chelmsford to its junction with Hill View Road, Chelmsford, in the City of Chelmsford in two phases.
Phase Description
Phase 1 From its junction with Footpath 66, Chelmsford, northwards for a distance of approximately 240 metres to its junction with Footpath 65, Chelmsford.
Phase 2 From its junction with Footpath 65, Chelmsford, north-westwards for a distance of approximately 160 metres to its junction with Hill View Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 August 2024 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public while maintenance improvements are undertaken to the existing shared Footpath/Cycle Path.
Diversion routes for pedestrians and cyclists will be via Footpath 66, Chelmsford (Cyclists will be required to dismount on the footpath), Bunny Walk Brook Street, New Street, Victoria Road and vice versa. The alternative route diversion is Hill View Road, Arbour Lane and Park lands Drive and vice versa
The Order will come into effect on 01 August 2024 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Boyton Cross Lane, Roxwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boyton Cross Lane, Roxwell in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Skreens Park Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WF6L9T5V01 – Openreach). 
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole renewal works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Stonehill Road, Skreens Park Road, Shellow Road, Dukes Lane, Waples Mill Road, Waples Mill Farm Road, Ongar Road, Chelmsford Road, Bishops Stortford Road, Boyton Cross Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th July 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Dunmow Road, High Roding) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dunmow Road, High Roding in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 190m south west of its junction with Rands Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th August 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06057963/AP – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Hyde Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hyde Lane, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Barley Mead to its junction with Mill Lane a distance of approximately 155m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2363703 – Essex County Council).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Leighams Road, Bicknacre in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Creephedge Lane to its junction with Lodge Road a distance of approximately 635m. (Leighs Road, Great Leighs) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Leighs Road, Great Leighs in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 190m south west of its junction with Daisleys Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013301924 – Essex And Suffolk Water). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Maldon Road to its junction with Runsell Lane a distance of approximately 25m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2365204 – Essex County Council). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Onslow Green, Barnston in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Dunmow Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a south westerly direction. (Parsonage Lane & Lucks Lane, Howe Street) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Parsonage Lane, Howe Street in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 75m north east of its junction with Main Road for a distance of approximately 220m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Lucks Lane, Howe Street in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Parsonage Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly direction.

(Slough Road, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Slough Road, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Hyde Lane to its junction with Wickhams Chase a distance of approximately 495m. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Vicarage Road, Roxwell in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 65m south west of its junction with Roxwell Road for a distance of approximately 475m in south westerly then north westerly then south westerly direction. 
2. To temporarily close that length of Hoe Street, Roxwell in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Vicarage Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southerly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arbour Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 90m north of its junction with Springfield Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd August 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001343677 – Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Birds Farm Lane, Boreham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 245m south west of its junction with Noakes Farm Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly then south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA13385185 – Openreach). (Canewdon Gardens, Runwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Gardens, Runwell in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Regency Close for a distance of approximately 35m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037PQ352071A/1 – Anglian Water). 
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or

(Hopping Jacks Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hopping Jacks Lane, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Twitty Fee to its junction with Runsell Lane a distance of approximately 340m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA001WFHWC48Y-02 – Openreach).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Road, Felsted in the District of Uttlesford, from a point approximately 270m south west of its junction with Station Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a south westerly direction. (The Street, Galleywood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Galleywood in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Chaplin Close to its junction with Twitten Lane a distance of approximately 50m.
